No commentsDJ, Graphic Designer, & Band Moneymaker : Ka Ching! My Soti

My Soti, is a hipper cafepress, letting you monetize your brand and graphics, for those who are creative but do not want to print 20-50 shirts. I have not seen the quality of these shirts, but the images look good and it can be a fun place to get a few shirts printed to help market your band or DJ name.
Sneakbars : Bad Ass Shoe Bling
Sneakbars are some bad ass shoe bling, especially the skull ones. I would probably buy a pair if they were not $50 bucks – which is the price point that most people would pass on these. Sneakbars needs to step up their crappy web design and add some social networking to their site, seriously this is not 2002 people.

Women’s Nike AF1 Stud Premium LE shoes are set to be released on Saturday and I want a pair – so I can no longer make fun of guys who wear women’s jeans. The design minimizes print and embroidery and instead focuses on the details to give it a sophisticated feel. It features a premium black leather upper, subtle detailing with heel rivets and fastenings.

Goorin Brothers Hats, San Francisco based hat company, has some wonderful high quality hats that go from conservative to contemporary for all price ranges. I have included pictures of some of their fedoras, just because I prefer these hats to all others – but check out their website for more.

1980s Vintage Boom Boxes : Retro Home Decor
When I was a little kid, I loved looking at the wall of Boom Boxes in the urban electronics store, especially the ones with the flashing lights. There were those few occasions when I even saw some break dancers with a box just like this in the city. I think any of these displayed in your room or home, would surely convince your friends of your hipness. Don’t even bother with getting an upgraded version of one of these at Urban Outfitters with an Ipod slot, unless you want to be a poseur.

Rebel 8, San Francisco streetwear company, has some large print shirts that draw inspiration from skating, tattoos, and punk rock music. There graphics do not incorporate too many colors but the design is simple ans symbolic – not trying to convey too much on the shirt. They also have some bad ass scarfs, jackets, and hats that are worth checking out as well.

Nike Blazer High V Lux : Steve Aoki Supra Inspired?
Nike Blazer High V Lux could very well be inspired by the Steve Aoki Supra collaboration that has velcro straps as its lacing system. I think I would prefer purchasing these instead of the Steve Aoki Supras because Nike’s are way more comfortable.
The Blazer High V Lux TZ is now available exclusively at:
