Kobe Beef Skewer Fillet With Wasabi

Raku, a Las Vegas Japanses restaurant,  specializes in Yakitori and gourmet street food you would find in alot of restaurants in my travels  in Tokyo and Osaka.  The venue is small, only seating 30, and hard to find so make sure you mapquest it.  You will not find California Rolls or anything you would traditionally expect from an Americanized Japanese restaurant, but a unique experience that is worth the money and time it takes to make the reservation.
